Introduction SiC Spray Nozzle
Reaction bonded silicon carbide sic spray nozzle, also called sic desulphurization nozzle, used for waste gas washing, gas cooling, washing and bleaching process, fire prevention and extinguishing, flue gas desulphurization system and dust removal system etc. It is mainly used in desulphurization of power plants to remove sulphur dioxide and some polluting gases from power plant flue gas,it is the key component of thermal power plants,large boilers,desulphurization and dust removal equipment.At present,the sic spray nozzle have three series and dozens of varieties,include vortex type,spiral type and liquid column type.Connection method include flange connection,winding connection and threaded connection,desulfurization process mainly includes dry desulfurization process, semi-dry desulfurization process, wet flue gas desulfurization process, etc.In desulfurization process,the commonly used pressure nozzles include solid cone swirl nozzle,hollow cone swirl nozzle, air cone spiral nozzle and solid cone spiral nozzle.

Sic spray nozzle is a new kind of ceramic material,with high strength, high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, severe wear, high temperature resistance and other excellent properties,especially it can have a long service life in harsh conditions. Silicon carbide sic spray nozzle with successively smaller spiral ladders,the slurry changes direction after continuous tangling and colliding with a helix,to become a flake shape,then spray into a concentric axis cone,and the liquid is not obstructed in the passage from the nozzle chamber to the outlet.Moreover,the sic spray nozzle can still have a very high absorption efficiency at very low operating pressure,spray droplets are evenly distributed, the flow path is smooth, and there is no obstruction,become a leader in the nozzle.
